OUR SELECTION PROCESS

From Entry Level to Supervisors/Managers, we have a 3-step Interview process where we can identify the best fit for both sides:

The First Interview is a brief 10-15 minute Interview to get to know you, ask some background questions and provide some information about the company.
The Second Interview is a Webinar that will go over the History of the company, the different positions available, your responsibilities, compensation and benefits.
The Final Interview is a one-on-one Zoom meeting with a Hiring manager to go over the training + hiring process for the specific position you qualified for.
